Membership Questions

What are the different types of memberships?


The Basic Membership Cost: $0/FREE! Includes: Athletic profile with limited features (click upgrade button in profile to show differences from basic vs premium)
The Premium Membership You have two options. month subscription (automatically recurs monthly) OR a one-time fee (does not recur and lasts for lifetime of your recruiting) Includes: Athletic profile with unlimited feature and unlocks all the college coaches that are interested in you and their contact information (click upgrade button when you login to show what is included in basic vs premium)




What does monthly membership mean?


Monthly Premium membership is a subscription service that automatically recurs monthly.




What does lifetime membership mean?


Lifetime Premium membership is valid during the lifetime of your college recruiting eligibility phase, which for high school students, is considered the duration of your enrollment in high school, unless you contact us to reactivate your membership for an additional phase of recruiting eligibility after high school. Membership is non-refundable. Valid for one (1) person only and not transferable to any other person.




Is it safe for me to use my credit card online to purchase a membership?


Yes, all ImRecruitable transactions occur in a secure HTTPS environment using the industry standard in data encryption.




How do I delete my account?


If you would like to delete your account submit a ticket with your name, email and reason for deleting your account.




How can I change my status to Committed?


1. Login to your account 2. Go to summary tab of your profile 3. Click the pencil symbol next to the word Recruitable in your profile snapshot (to the right of your profile photo) 4. Click the up or down arrow and select Committed 5. Click the check symbol 6. Type the name of the college you have committed to until it appears in the dropdown. 7. Click Save




What happens when I change my status to Committed?


When you update your recruiting status to “Committed” you are removed from college coach searches and your profile also highlights your commitment. We do not email any interested coaches about your commitment.




How do I see which coaches have searched, followed and/or viewed my profile?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Coach Activity (on the navigation bar at the top of the page) 3. You will see the coaches who searched, followed and/or viewed your profile here:




How do I search and favorite a coach/college?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click on Find Colleges on the “navigation bar” at the top of the page to search for a college/coach you want to favorite 3. Click the Favorite button on the right side of your desired college




How do I send my profile to coaches to view my Profile?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click on Preview profile 3. Click on Share My Profile and then click on Copy Athlete Profile and/or Copy the URL link that is showing in your web browser 4. Send the link to college coaches




How do I send an Email to coaches?


1. Log in to your account 2. Go to Find Colleges or Favorites on the navigation bar at the top of the page Click the “Email button” on the right side of the desired college 3. Your email client will open or you can right click and copy and paste the coach email to your prefered email account. 4. Compose your message 5. Review your email 6. Click Send




What do the terms profile views, followers and searches mean?


Profile views: The total number of times a coach has viewed your profile Followers: The total number of coaches tracking you as a potential recruit Searches: The total number of times your profile has appeared in a coach’s search Upgrade to Premium to see specifc college names

For College Coaches

How do I search for athletes?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Search Athletes on the “navigation bar” at the top of the page 3. Filter your desired search requirements 4. The page will automatically update with the results of your search parameters NOTE: you can also search by athletes name or last name




How do I see which athletes are interested, viewing my school or new to ImRecruitable?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Search Athletes on the “navigation bar” at the top of the page 3. On the left side where you are able to filter, scroll down to Athlete Activity 4. Select desired filters “Only athletes interested in my school”, “Only athletes viewing my school” and or “New athletes” NOTE: New athletes have been added to ImRecruitable in the past 30 days.




How do I follow an athlete?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Search Athletes on the “navigation bar” at the top of the page 3. Click the “Follow button” on the right side of the desired athlete




How much does it cost for college coaches and how will it help me recruit?


ImRecruitable is 100% FREE for college coaches and is a great way for you to recruit athletes, using a variety of recruiting tools that can transcend any geographical or financial limitations you may currently have. Evaluate athletes through online profiles that include their personal and academic information, athletic statistics and videos that let you know their recent achievements. Where can I see the list of athletes I am following?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Sort by, located in the top right of the page and select “following”




How do I unfollow an athlete?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Search Athletes on the “navigation bar” at the top of the page 3. Click the “Following” button on the right side of the desired athlete and the button will revert back to “follow”




How do I export athlete information?


1. Log in to your account 2. Select “Export All Button” on the top of the search page. NOTE: After clicking export, a “CSV” file will be downloaded to your computer that you can import into front rush or any other software you wish to use. Coaches are not permitted to transfer, sell or share the data with any other person or company without our prior written consent.




How do I view and update my coaching staff?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Recruiting Needs on the “navigation bar” 3. At the bottom of the page you will see the heading “Coaching Staff” 4. To request a change to add or remove a member of your staff click “Contact us to let us know”




How do I change my password?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click “setting icon” on top right 3. Select change password 4. Enter you email and click “Reset Password” 5. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to rest your password




How do I enter my recruiting needs?


1. Log in to your account 2. Click Recruiting Needs on the “navigation bar” at top of the page




Can multiple coaches from my program register?


Yes, multiple coaches can register from the same college program.




Does registering for ImRecruitable violate NCAA rules?


ImRecruitable is NCAA compliant so registering with ImRecruitable.com does not violate NCAA regulations. If you have any questions about this network or recruiting timelines for your division of competition please contact your Compliance Department or visit the Eligibility & Recruiting page of the NCAA website.




How do I filter committed and uncommitted athletes?


1. Log in to your account 2. On the left side you have all your filter options, the last filter option is "Committed" 3. You have the option to select "Yes" for committed athletes Note: All visible athletes are the ones that have not committed yet and are recruitable or they have not updated their profile with committed status.
