JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
POSITION: One (1), Full Time
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M
RATE OF PAY: $66,227
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Direct and coordinate activities involving college sports recruiting sales and services
● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services of ImRecruitable memberships
● Represent ImRecruitable at sporting events to promote membership sales/services
● Review operational records and reports to project future membership sales
● Focus on closing sales leads
● The ability to work a non-traditional schedule- nights and weekends
● Manage and upgrade existing customers memberships
● Provide effective solutions for members needs
● Deliver strong customer service support
● Apply new sales strategies
● Review sales and service accounting and record-keeping of memberships sold
● Assess marketing opportunities with new and existing sports partners to increase sales opportunities
● Meet with sports partners and find creative ways to expand the sales and services offered together to our customers
● Consult with marketing heads to coordinate and plan promotion at sports events
● Determine membership price schedules and discounts offered for each sport and time of year
● Prepare quarterly sales budgets for approval *May telecommute*
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field+ Proficient knowledge in Planning and scheduling software, CRM software, Database management system software, Excel spreadsheet software+24 months of experience in Sales/customer representative or related
